Lick-Wilmerding High School students volunteer work day 5/2/2025 @ CGS

On the morning of May 2, 2025, a group of Lick-Wilmerding High School students and their teachers pitched in to help with weeding, pruning, and cleaning up the south end of the Carolina Green Space. We met at the Skyline Terrace and then went down to the Sunset Terrace to show that area a bit of gardening TLC (much needed!). This effort was coordinated via the SF Dept. of Public Works, the owners of the median. Being that the green space is one of the largest in the City, there’s always something to do. Many hands make light work!
