About the event
We are gathering to officially “open” and inaugurate the improvements
created, thanks to a 2020 Community Challenge Grant award, at the north
end of the large median, known as Carolina Green Space, a San Francisco
Parks Alliance Partner.
On hand will be representatives of many who were supportive and involved
throughout the process, including:
• D10 Supervisor Shamann Walton,
• Landscape Architect Scott Slaney of Terrain Studios,
• SF Parks Alliance, Community Challenge Grant and Gardeners’
Guild emissaries.
